The U-HAUL driver without a heart accused of deadly plowing was arrested to a pedestrian near Queens College during the summer this week-the prosecutors claimed that it left the car full of stolen credit cards.
Jimmy Ferrera, 37, was arrested on Tuesday and was charged with unintentional murder, attack, robbery and a large number of other crimes in the August 20 collision, which left the 56 -year -old infantry David Obila.

Prosecutors said that the Ferrera DNA was left on the U-Haul airbag, and it was arrested with the help of NYPD, postal inspection and secret service.
