In the first days of the state of Coleman, Russell Martin left Swansea coach to Southampton amid a legal conflict that was eventually settled last year.
Meanwhile, Swansea Paul Watson was appointed as a sports director – a role that lasted only 16 months – while Michael Duff arrived as a head coach only to be sacked after less than six months.
Ultimately, they replaced Duff with Luke Williams, who kept the club in the championship, and then showed a promise this season before seeing the recession at the beginning of 2025 last month.
Williams left his post only 24 hours before the long -awaited alternative to Watson, Richard Montage, from the former Nuts Province in Williams to start working as a football manager in Swansea.
Swansea was criticized for their transportation work in each of the Coleman era.
During the reign of Douf, Swansea employed a number of players, including Christian Pedersen, Nathan Tigo On, Mecola Cuharvich and Jerry Yates, who were affected only in the club.
Fans raised fears again during the last January window, as Captain Matt Grames was sold to Coventry City, a deal that was a heavy blow to a team that already lacking quality and depth.
Midfielder Luis O'Brien and the center rode Hans Delcrox on loan, although Sweden under the age of 21s international Milkir and Widel was signed by AAB Aalborg before loaning the Danish uniform.
Williams expressed his concerns just weeks before leaving.
“I think the president was shocked somewhat because things were not ready and organized them to the level he expected,” Williams said in early February.
“The panic stations should not be for 48 hours, only crazy in an attempt to accomplish things that should have been prepared for several months in advance.”
He added: “But in fact, many people were given a great opportunity because (Coleman) was here to achieve the appointments. I do not think that many people have seized this opportunity.”
