RINSCH, 47, was arrested in West Hollywood, California, and a preliminary hearing of the court on Tuesday.
He appeared in a federal courtroom in Los Angeles in a sapphire and jeans jacket with shackles on his arms and legs. He did not enter an appeal and spoke only to answer the judge's questions.
