The new Wales President of Rajabi, for women, Bellinda Moore says that creating the right culture is among her higher priorities.
Moore entered the stage a few weeks ago with the arduous task of helping to convert the women's game on and outside the stadium.
It inherited a large team that participated in the 2024 conflict over professional contracts, the Welsh Run Federation (WRU) apologized.
Captain Wells Hana Jones said this is the pressure of negotiations that I thought about leaving the international men.
The ruling body conducted a review and the appointment of Moore was one of the recommendations.
“Much has been documented in the past two years,” Moore told BBC Radio Wales.
“What the reviews have done has given us a truly clear road map of what to do to go forward, so it will be surprising to know things like creating the appropriate culture, and looking at the player's contracts are things at the top of my list.”
