He also revealed a possible reason for change as the series extends to services to enhance comfort.

CEO Ron Fasrees said that the company witnessed a decrease in fuel revenues before the changes.
The series runs more than 600 American sites and hopes to move the step more members.
Future stations will work from 6 am to 10 pm Monday to Friday.
On weekends, hours range from 6 am to 8:30 pm on Saturday and 6 am to 7:30 pm on Sunday.
Some sites in California and Hawaii may have different times.
Fasrees said that the fuel station hours have been extending to make fuel more suitable for its members.
The company tests this change in several sites, and until now, improvements in the general use of gas stations have witnessed.
According to Costco Lylaws, only Costco members are allowed to use fuel stations.
Many of its members estimate the efforts of the retail seller to maintain low costs.
In fact, the Kurchland fuel in Coststo is the cheapest 20 cents per gallon of its competitors, as mentioned by Las Vegas Revio-Gurnal.
This change comes at a time when Costco is facing a decrease in gas sales, as it reported a slight decrease in similar gas revenues during the three months ending February 18, 2025, CBS News said.

Gary Millerchip, Costco's financial manager, has unveiled a decrease in gas sales with low individual numbers during this quarter, due significantly to a decrease in the average price per gallon.
“We are witnessing an improvement in the general use of the fuel station,” Milrashib said in a winning call.
“Therefore, it's the first days, of course, but so far, we were pleased with the member's response.”
There are 60 sites of Costco sites in the United States currently under expansion, including expanding their fuel stations.

Costco, which now has 620 locations in the United States and runs 900 globally, operates the fuel station sales while continuing to expand its scope in the country.
With the average national gas prices decreased to $ 3.20 per gallon by September 2024, Costco faced an increasing competition from other fuel providers.
Gas prices decreased by almost 13 % since its peak in April 2024, as it decreased by 50 cents per gallon, according to AAA data.
In 16 states, gas prices decreased to less than $ 3 per gallon, with Texas, Georgia, Nortaq Carolina, Warskonen, Kandas and Iowa, including, ABC News.
