Gary Neville launched a new attack on Manchester United's transfer strategy and admits that they have left many players who will perform better than their current team members
Gary Neville claims that Manchester United continued to sell players – only to replace them with less quality individuals. The recruitment of the Red Devils has always been criticized and their former player believes that Danny Welbeck and Anthony Ilanga will do a job.
United is in his path for his worst Premier League campaign ever, with many players failing to achieve it. Several large drawings were signed, but eventually weakened.
Meanwhile, the club raised the players, many of them were not seen as modern names, and they continued to excel in other clothes. Indeed this season, United lost to Brighton, where Welbeck scored, while Elanga achieved in the middle of the week the winner, as Nottingham Forest got three points against them.
Neville has faltered on the way the club left quality, especially in the last third, with the current attack options not considered by United.
“No manager at Manchester United has been able since Sir Alex Ferguson, unlike Louis Van Gaal, was able to control the games by owning him. This is a real problem. The players at the forefront are not only of the quality required in the club. This seems really harsh but the truth,” said The Pundit at Sky Sports.

“It will need smart employment, and this means taking out the players at good prices and getting the players who are estimated at less than their value – which is what all teams are trying to do in the league!
“You can get four players who are no longer in Manchester United, Rashford, Welbeck and McTominay behind them – they will do much better than the current players as an introduction.
There are many players who face an uncertain future in Manchester, although superiority before their moves to Old Trafford. There are also those who believe that the likes of Rashford and Jadon Sancho can bring their career and be great successes if they continue.
Robin Amorim has made it clear that he wants to make the most of the team he has, but he accepts that he does not have every player who needs to do his philosophy.
He said: “I just want to improve my players because many of the characteristics exist, and I must help them to be better. But, of course, I have one way to play that is different from the former coach, so I need to choose some characteristics that we do not have in the team.”
