Harry's first event, in Morocco in February, saw it missed the pieces.

However, her second start, in The Australian Women's Classic last month, began with a 64th round and ended with the end of sixth place, with Harry in the final group on Sunday.

“I don't think I played in front of such large crowds before,” she says.

“But I loved every moment of it. I played with some of the players who were on a tour for more than 10 years. It was great to watch it, to find out how they did it and learn from them.”

There was more good news in the following week in the New South Wales Championship, also in Australia, where Harry ranked fourteenth.

A week after returning home in Wales – which included a journey on Larry – Harry returns to work in the South African Women's Championship on Thursday.

Then a trip to South Korea comes before a series of summer events in Europe.

The biggest of them in her backyard, as Portka Edge hosts the Open Women Championship – the largest sporting event ever in Wales – as of July 31.

To prepare what might be for the first time, Harry may need to attend through the qualifiers.

“I crossed the fingers.”

“I know the cycle from the inside out. I know every rough patch, this is certain!

“There will be huge crowds. I think the golf flourishes from the crowds and it will be surprising that many friends and family will come out to see it if you qualify.”
