Target has been forced to apologize to the customer who faced more than an hour waiting to discuss a mystery email.
The disorganized shopper received a message from the store asking her to do two things – leaving her interrogation if it was just a trick.

When moving to social media to share her experience, the client wrote: “I have received a funny email message from you and the time to wait to speak to someone is 70 minutes.”
Then I asked, “Is the legal email?”
Budgets often send e -mail messages pretending to be a well -known brand in the hope of hunting someone outside the guard.
The shopper explained that the extraordinary email was about “the post that was returned and needed to update [her] account”.
Her general cry for help was treated by a target spokesman.
In response to the post on X, the store wrote: “Thanks for the communication.
“We apologize for the long waiting time; we are currently witnessing the volume of high calls on the number 800-434-6888.”
Excessive callers explain why the shopper faced a bleak waiting for 70 minutes.
The spokeswoman also submitted a proposal for an alternative method that shoppers can obtain answers to her questions.
They wrote: “Did you know that you can also manage most aspects of your account in managing the target circuit car?”
A link was also provided to the portal.
While the shopping gave another way to follow up on its inquiry, he did not remove the origin of the mysterious email.
But another customer interfered with a clear explanation of chaos.
They wrote: “You are not the only one.
“The update seems bad.
“Everyone calls him is why waiting times are crazy.
“You should be fine.”
If this useful shopper is correct, the original poster does not need anxiety about his account.
The goal was also forced to explain himself after pictures of one of its deleted stores appeared.
