From artificial intelligence, chaos in the judicial system can be sent by sending innocent people to prison, a senior lawyer warned.
Jerry Puting, who defended Stephen Affiri at Netflix, who is making a killer, said that the Doctoring video has become very sophisticated, and it is very difficult to locate his location.

He believes that advanced advanced evidence can lead to innocent people behind bars.
“It can condemn more and more people.”.
Deepfake's technology has become worrying and more difficult to organize it.
SUN experts have been told that Deepfakes are “the biggest advanced threat” when it comes to cybercrime.
Deepfakes are fraudulent videos that seem to appear to someone who does – and may say – things they did not do.
The artificial intelligence program is used to cloning a person's features and map on something else.
People accused of crimes who have not been committed in a chilling echo can be seen from the BBC drama.
The show witnessed a former British soldier accused of kidnapping and killing on the basis of apparently changed shots that have already been changed.
“The difficult part is when artificial intelligence reaches the point where you can guide a doctor without being clear, as you can change the videos,” Boting said.
“There are many CCTV cameras in the UK, and almost every square foot is covered.
“But if this can be changed in some way so that it is designed to provide something incorrect, it may be harmful to defense or claim.
“Then what can we believe if we cannot believe our eyes?”
BUTING, who defended AVEY in the famous killing trial now in 2007, said that artificial intelligence is now in a race with experts who are trained to tell the difference.
But the US criminal defense lawyer claims that it is not a guarantee to stop Sickos to sprain the truth.
Boting claimed: “This may lead to dismissal, but I think it is likely to lead to illegal condemnation because law enforcement and prosecution have more resources.
“No one really knows how artificial intelligence will affect the system of issues.
“But there are also very skilled people trying to develop the ability techniques to know when something has been changed, even at an advanced level.
“How artificial intelligence actually affects the legal system is still in the air.
Deepfakes – What are they, and how do they work?

This is what you need to know …
- Deepfakes are great videos for people who looks quite real
- They were made using computers to generate convincing events that have never occurred
- Often, this includes switching a person's face on another person, or making them say what you want
- The process begins by feeding hundreds or even thousands of pictures of the victim
- The machine learning algorithm replaces some parts by frame after another until it is spitted with realistic, but fake, image or video
- In a famous clip Deepfake, comedian Jordanian actor created a realistic video of Barack Obama, who was described by former President Donald Trump as “Dipsh*T”
- Elsewhere, Will Smith's face is glued to a New character in clicking on the matrix. Smith dropped the role of the stars in the Wild WED WEST movie, while the matrix role went to Keanu Reeves
“If people are able to discover that the evidence has been changed, let's say that it is a position in which the defense is an expert who can consider the descriptive data and all the background, then this may lead to the rejection of the case, and it must.
“Since the evidence was changed, it has been destroyed by the original, how can we believe anything anymore?”
The Tersa Payton, the former White House information official, has previously warned the sun of the huge dangers that Deepfakes poses to society.
She said: “This technology poses risks if it is offended by criminal unions or Internet agents in the nation -state,” she said.
“Malicious applications include creating fake characters to spread wrong information, manipulating public opinion, and conducting advanced social engineering attacks.”
Similar to the black mirror, Payton warned the malicious actors against exploiting this technology to plant confusion and chaos by creating the depths of world leaders or famous faces – dead or alive.
Booting warned that although the teams are urgently equipped with skills to discover Deepfakes, the technology's pace may soon become a real issue.
Who is Stephen Affiri?

Stephen Aviri is serving a life sentence at the Wisconsin Institute in Wisconsin.
He and his nephew Brendan Dasi were convicted of killing the Teresa Halbach in 2005.
He has been fighting for his freedom since he was convicted of death in 2007.
Affiri argued that his conviction was based on cultivated evidence and false testimony.
In 1985, Affiri was convicted of sexual assault on a young woman.
It took 18 years to cancel him and obtain compensation for $ 36 million (28.2 million pounds) in compensation.
But a few days later, he was rehabilitated to kill the Teresa Halchch.
The 62 -year -old continues to serve lifelong imprisonment without the possibility of conditional release.
In the 2015 NETFLIX series, it has documented Affiri for “justice”.
In the last episode of the series, the viewers were told that Affiri exhausted his calls and was no longer entitled to obtain legal representation appointed by the state.
He added: “I am afraid that it will be an urgent problem, not later.
“There was a fixed erosion in defense in the United Kingdom, for example, the lawyers earn a little money, really, for what they had to do.
“There is a real defect. The full idea of the opponent’s system that the UK uses as we do in the United States is if you have relatively equal parties on each side that present their view of evidence against others that the truth will appear.
Or that the jury will be able to distinguish the truth or near it anyway, whatever justice.
“But to the extent that this great defect and defense exists, not skilled or low salaries, you tend to obtain fewer quality or less experienced attorneys.
“It has been continuing for a long time, so when you add something like artificial intelligence, it will be more difficult.”
Booting has become a world famous after its appearance in the 2015 Netflix Documentary Film series.
And he claimed that Affiri had been convicted of a murder that he did not commit, and he fell slag.
But Avery, who is now 62, was convicted of being sentenced to life imprisonment for killing the Teresa Halbach in 2005.
