Scotland must harness the “emotional density” to try to drop in Ireland for the first time in eight years when the two sides meet in the six countries on Sunday, according to Irish legend Gordon Darcy.

The Scottish won one of their past fifteen matches against Ireland, in 2017 under the leadership of Vern Cotter, and lost 10 respectively.

The Gregor Townsund team opened its campaign by beating Italy over Italy in Murrayfield, where Ireland has similarly against England in Dublin.

D'Acy says that Scotland needs to use the pain of this brilliant long run to provide great performance.

“The Scottish team speaks this week, writes itself, right?” I tell D'Acy Podcast in Scotland for the BBC.

“It is beautifully simple and earns at any cost.

“Ireland will not have the same level as the emotional density of this match as Scotland will happen. If Scotland does not find a way to use this and take this performance, this will be disappointing.

“Ireland, when you beat the X team in recent years, you cannot enter everyone and go,” We hate them, but we are hitting them last year. “So you cannot get the same level of hatred.

“So the motivation behind Ireland should be more insulting and almost a clinical and systematic way. What does Dennis Limstter call?
