Artcher also discussed Stefano Fukov, former Wimbledon Champion 2022 Ilina Reibakina.
The Czech was banned for an unannounced period by WTA after an independent investigation into his behavior towards the player.
Fukov, who cannot currently reach the areas approved in the championships, denied any violations.
Rybakina said it has never been illuminated by Croats and would like to be able to resume full training duties.
“We are able to provide support and advice to Elena,” Archer said.
“Our responsibility is Elena as well as hundreds of professional tennis players and it is really important to maintain our environment.
“This is the workplace of employees, and our athletes and it is a place where fans come to enjoy our sport.
“This is what is at the forefront of my mind – we have to maintain the integrity of our environment.
“When doing this, we definitely provide resources to the affected individuals within our society, like Elina in this case, to the extent that it is necessary and required.”
