Montana's father died tragicly after falling from his chair when a mechanic malfunction was a day of skiing to the slopes – leaving his destroyed wife and his little son behind him.
Jeff Zain, 37, died on Monday afternoon when he landed from an elevator on Mount Red Lodge, and confirmed the Charbel County Office.
Zain was riding alone in a three -person elevator on the triple lift line when some kind of mechanical problems caused him to fall on the ground below.
One father was taken to the hospital, but he died of his wounds.
It is still unclear to what extent Zain fell or exactly the type of issues that caused his tragic fall.
The winds were more than 50 miles per hour, and some lifting lines were closed because of this.
A spokesman for Red Lodge said they were still investigating the accident and could not comment more.
But it led to a tremendous evacuation of the elevator, which stopped after the accident and sweat in more than 100 people in the air.

Ski patrol units had to use a rope system to reduce it to safety one after another.
The Triple Chairlift has been operated since 1983 and has reached the full safety code with daily inspections, according to the resort. It will remain closed until the case is evaluated.
Zain leaves behind him a two-year-old son-known as “Dada Jay”-Woja, Megan, with whom he ran a local shipping company.
“His passion for life, infectious laughter, and a good -heart nature touched everyone around him,” read the GoFundme page for his family.
The page added: “He was a man who always puts others in the first place, whether he supports his family, runs there to his friends, or brings joy to those lucky enough to spend some time with him.”
Fetnatled accidents on ski elevators are somewhat rare, according to the National Ski Square Association.
From 1956 to 2024, there were only 35 deadly accidents – 16 of which were caused by mechanical problems.
Before the fall of the tragic Zini, the last death occurred in 2020 when a man in the Colorado Phil resort was suffocated with a piece of his clothes, which became stuck in the elevator.
