Putland came for criticism this season, with many prominent mistakes that spread throughout the difficult local Rangers campaign.
Far from its first season in the club, as its excellent shape has constantly linked it to the return to the England team, even if it has not been unprecedented.
He stood up when he was calculated against Vennbahis, although efforts were provided by Dosan Tadic and Farid in the shooting before Mert Hakan Yandas was completely absent.
“This is not difficult,” he said. “When you play in this place with everything at stake, it is your nature.
“We are a special thing. I wanted to put something for men, I wanted to accomplish it. You cannot top this feeling.
“The boys were deeply dug and this is the reward you get – this is what the fans deserve. We could have been clinical, but the boy, we deserved this.”
Former Rangers midfielder, Andy Hallidai, says Potland has more than one atonement for previous mistakes.
“Jack Bottland is the hero,” he said. “We talked about his lack of this season, compared to the latter. All this comes out of the window firmly.”
TAVERNIER revealed after the match that there were no special preparations for the possibility of shooting.
“Maybe we did it in the difficult way, but these are the special nights in European football, which you cannot replace,” he told TNT SPORTS.
“We were not really practicing [penalties] this week. Maybe that helped. “
