Josh Lynch was banned in Warrington Wolfs for 16 months to use a banned material.
The 21 -year -old was tested by the UK UK in December 2023 during a training session with the sample that restores the “AAF) of the Ibutamoren growth hormone, which is prohibited in sports.
Lynch was out of work after UKAD imposed a temporary comment in February 2024.
His ban will include the time he spent on the margin, which means that it will be available now to choose from June.
After his temporary comment, Lynch accepted that he had violated the anti -doping rules but wanted to challenge his penalties, after he denied that he was intentionally or intentionally used Ibutamoren.
He then accused Ukad Lynch, in response, he said that he accidentally took advantage of the material, after using a mixer to prepare a protein tremor. He added that a friend had previously used a mixer to prepare his protein shaking, which contains IBUTAMORN.
After issuing the instructions of a scientific expert to analyze the Lynch account, they concluded that the interpretation was reasonable, saying that if it were a regular user of the material, he would have appeared in another sample presented in January 2024.
This issue was referred to the NADP National Anti -Dopper Committee (NADP) to attend a hearing in December 2024, where Lynch and his friend presented evidence and were interrogated by UKAD.
In a decision issued in January, NADP accepted Lynch's account and a ruling that he had not behaved with a 16 -month ban.
