General Sir Richard Sherf, whose military career spanned nearly four decades, believes that we are about to the Third World War – and the expert, who is now author, explained the reason for this
The Third World War will begin in just two years, warning the former British army officer.
General Sir Richard Sherf believes that Vladimir Putin will only use the ceasefire on Ukraine, and this week agreed after a long conversation with Donald Trump, to rebuild his forces and prepare for a comprehensive war with the West. General Sir Sherf, who had been in the army nearly four decades until 2014, urged the UK to prepare now for such a conflict – or suffer from severe consequences.
He wrote: “We do not know yet all the details of the deal with Russia. But there is one certain thing: when the Kremlin is ready, Russia will wear the most thirsty fashion. I expect that there will be a war for two years abroad, unless we do what is required to deter Russia.
The Russian president has made it clear that he does not intend to rush. Mr. Putin showed last month that he was firmly opposed to two strategic strategy in the United States of searching for a temporary ceasefire before talking about a long -term settlement.

At the end of last week, Mr. Trump admitted that when he promised to end the Ukrainian war in one day, he was “a little sarcastic.” It now seems to be a slower progress than the Trump team had expected.
General Sir Sherf added: “Putin has proven that he does not care about the lives of Westerners when he ordered the assassination of the defector Sergey Skripal in Salisbury seven years ago, using the nerve agent at the level of weapons.
“Skripal and his daughter Yulia survived, but an innocent British was killed and a policeman was injured by changing life. It was possible that the number of deaths was in tens of thousands in the calm Salisbury city. Western politicians must work on the basis that, on the basis or not, Trump was of Roman origin.
“A kind of European presence to enforce peace will need to be in Ukraine, without active participation in the United States, but Russia will strongly resist any lines in the confrontation line. Wherever the border between the free Ukraine and the attached regions is drawn, Putin will never agree to the presence of NATO forces on the threshold of his door.”
Only this week, the Russian agents searched for fire protocols at a factory owned by a German weapons company shortly before the explosion of fire last summer. Mr. Putin's choice seems to be trying to disrupt arms delivery operations to Ukraine.
Yesterday, Russian -media leaders claimed that Fire Heathrow could be the sabotage of Mr. Putin. One leaflets on the Redofka Channel announced Kremlin: “Petrov and Bushrov came to see the cathedral again.” The husband Alexander Petrov and Bushrov – the real names Anatoly Chickiga and Alexander Mishkin – were notorious suspects in Novichok's poisoning for double agent Sergey Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury in 2018.
