Glinduran midfielder Emmy Care received her first phone call to the Northern Ireland team in the Doubted Nations Association against Romania.
The 18 -year -old was previously NI at a level of less than 19 years, and she replaced her teammate Chloe McCarron in the team after admiration for the first women's season.
The Tanya Oxtoby team is the second group B1 after a defeat against Poland and its victory at home over Bosnia-Sugovina in their first two games.
They face Romania, the bottom of the group after two defeats in their first two games, in Bucharest on Friday 4 April before the return match in Windsor Park after four days.
Oxtoby also brought Linfield Abi SweetLove to the full Nat Johnson Nat Johnson in the only other change of her team in February.
