The future of French -French companies for Technicolor has become more clear after the launch of the Paris Commercial Court’s decision on many acquisitions.

The commercial court documents in Paris said that the acquisitions will protect 220 jobs from about 500 France -based jobs. No financial details were issued for operations.
The officials noted that the collapse of the Technicolor group was “very brutal globally with strong complications related to the characteristics of insolvency procedures in various countries.”
Herzog's acquisition of the tap is a return to its roots. TAP was a brand of Hertzog's Ouido Productions, which he participated in its founding with Sandrine Noguyen-Tiet in 2013, then it was obtained by Technicolor in 2015.
TAP was combined in the Mikros Mobile Brand of Animation. Herzog was the CEO of TAP from 2013 to 2021, then he presided over Mikros animation, before leaving to create a raised value in 2023, with the name ouido with him.
He said in a memorandum announced by the acquisition: “It is a return to our roots … but more importantly, the beginning of a new chapter: ouido 2.0”. “The context may be difficult, but our ambition remains as it is: to create, innovate, dream and achieve meaningful projects.”
