A confused shopper was left recently by treating her treatment by BJ's Whilesale Club.
The customer had an active membership with retail stores and already paying his annual fees.

However, it was claimed that they had received an additional cost of another complete membership of a completely different customer.
“Annual membership fees were imposed on an account that I do not have,” as the intruder agent, PRERNA, claimed, in a post at X earlier in March.
Brera said that she had contacted BJ customer service representatives, who informed her that a recovery would be sent within a few days.
“When I filed a complaint, I was told that the recovery payments are being treated for several days,” she added.

“I have stopped receiving postal responses. This is the weakness of customer treatment and is completely unacceptable,” Braira added.
“I did not allow this payment.”
BJ quickly responded and apologized and asked to send the member more details to solve the problem.
“Hi! Thank you for communicating.”
“We apologize for any inconvenience you might have faced, please send us DM or write to us via email on [email protected], to consider this and help you better.”
It is not clear whether the situation is fixed, but this will not be the first time that the customer has suffered organic problems with BJ's this month.
Restore anger
Another criticized the shopper for not being able to renew their membership despite a 45 -minute phone call.
They wrote in X Publishing: “BJSWHOOLESALE spent more than 45 minutes with 3 different actors in the chat that is trying to renew my subscription so that I can buy products from you,” they wrote in the X Publishing.
“The employees are completely incompetent and are never renewed – CC was charged with that … terrible.”
Again, leave BJ's apologize.

BJ recently raised the cost of its membership in November 2024, after Costco.
The club's basic card plan moved from $ 55 to $ 65, and Premium Club+ membership rose from $ 110 to $ 120.
