It is approximately 8 pm local time and the sun comes down on a warm and tense day in the refugee camp in northern France. Charitable societies that provide food and essentials have left the evening, and improved weather conditions will mean attempts to cross tonight.

Suddenly, a large group – about 50 people – travels – carrying bags filled with property, with the purpose in the same direction along the router that extends between the green fields of this camp. The main bundle is behind the main package and it is superior to catching the knees, as my father holds his desperate child who is no more than two years old on his chest.

For these refugees, their time has come, and the race is now over over the police and reaching the sea in their attempt to the United Kingdom.

The pluscinemaz.comwas on the ground in northern France this week to investigate how smuggling operations work after the UK government held the first ever organized immigration summit in London.

It was attended on Monday and Tuesday by more than 40 countries, along with technology giants such as Meta, X and Tiktok. The agreements that were held at the conference included that strict measures to stop the smuggling of ads through social media must be taken.

Before the gathering, it was agreed on a value of 30 million pounds to lead border security to treat supply, financing and trafficking chains throughout Europe, Balkans, Asia and Africa, while an additional amount of 3 million pounds will help the prosecution service in the crown increase its ability to deal with issues.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) was already on the ground in the Kurdistan region in Iraq (KRI), where it worked with the local authorities, and in January three men there were arrested on suspicion of being part of a global network that blows the transfer of migrants from KRI to the United Kingdom and Europe.

A different approach to illegal immigration is now followed – instead of the failed Tory Rwanda scheme – and there are 1,200 French security workers that can be published daily in coastal smuggling operations, 730 of the UK.

But as we see directly, the authorities here have cut off their work and face a complex smuggling process and three levels, which see roads to the sea changed regularly.

The group that we noticed on Thursday evening from the camp was drove near Loon -Plage to its next location by one of the “conductors” – the arrangement of the smugglers who live in the camp and scout to work for their heads, and themselves.

For every boat full, they receive a commission of 5,000 euros, we were told. There are up to 10 connectors who live between refugees in this camp, but we understand, and although they look like refugees, they separate themselves, changing clothes frequently and carrying weapons.

When the time comes, they take potential passengers to a site where they are waiting for the next stage of their journey.

On this night, they lead the group about two miles, along with agricultural lands and below the gravel road surrounded by the beautiful green garden on the suburbs. There, I tried to distil them next to the river, waiting.

We are dealing with refugees and presenting ourselves, and we ask whether tonight will try to cross. One man tells us no. They are in a mood to speak at this critical watch.

A young man in his twenties, from the Middle East, speaks to us a few moments later. The spokesperson on Google Translate, he explained enthusiastically that he would be gathered with his wife, who lives in Edmonton, north of London. We ask him when he will go.

“This evening,” he replies. But when? “When they tell us.”

They are waiting for the smugglers, the “second layer” of the operation, who planned the road they would take on to avoid the authorities.

After five minutes, with the light fading, there was screaming, the group rose and walked along the narrow path. A man handed over to another. Now they are in the hands of smugglers, and the race is running.

They moved at the pace, through the suburbs of Loon-Plage, and previous families with dinner at the Chez Willy Restaurant, then the groups are divided.

The elder went under a bridge, and more people who were waiting near a bus station, and a smaller group passed through the city.

After one hour and still walks, outside the city and along the black dual -transport D601 road, the two groups were close to two opposite directions, and disappeared in the forests adjacent to the orientation towards the canal without discovery.

Four boats carrying 154 people arrived in the United Kingdom that night, where they arrived on Friday, and the Ministry of Interior’s data, which means that more than 30,000 have completed the trip since Sir Kerr Starmer has become the Prime Minister.

The internal police had been caught and could not follow, and we asked if we had seen a large group of people before they shouted with disgust: “immigrants.”

Each of them did not reach a boat, we learn the next day, because border power officers managed to reduce another boat and failure to inflate properly.

One man destroyed a boat that he did not know the beach from which he tried to leave, he only continued the crowd, and he would try again.

The smugglers not only take the path that we followed, but rather plan forward and change it regularly and launch from different locations.

“These people will walk for 10 miles,” said one of the camps from refugees and smugglers. “You can't track them. They have different ways and different plans, and they are very fast.”

The third layer of this complex criminal gang is the local presidents, who visit the camps every few days, we were told, to collect their illegal filling from the conductors, then disappear.

While governments determine and NCA tries to cut off its head from a smuggling snake in the Middle East, its body here in northern France is alive and kicks, and no signs of slowdown appear.
