A pseudonym after he resigned a small boat to achieve a young fisherman who accused him of causing a collision almost that morning.
The fiery exchange that occurred, Brock Horner, 40, appears in a hunting boat with two other men pulling alongside Giggie Tawouls, who is in a small fishing boat himself on the coast of the Gulf of Florida.
The April 1 confrontation, which Horner sees jumping on the Towles boat and its challenge, was strongly challenged, by Towles, which he posted on his Facebook page, where it produced 15 million views.
Horner has been moving and driven, who owns a rented boat company and since then, at the accident, Towles asks if he was the person who was “taking out” earlier, and who answered Towles. Horner said that the bowl in the near subscription had no safety lamps as required.
Towles Horner tells that he had no permission to “fly across the bridge” in Pece River, a river with picturesque views flowing to the port of Charlotte.
This observation has escalated only things, and at one time Horner asked Towles: “Do you want (obscene word) to go?”
Towles tries to cancel the situation, and Horner states that he was the person who pulled out as he was trying to hunt.
Towles wonders if Horner is just trying to act strongly in front of his friends, which is more anger Horner.
Horner says that all the three were ancient warriors and he is “the best rented leader to meet him at all in your mother's life,” before he suddenly jumped on the Towles boat.
“The cold is his brothers, cold, brother, please!” Towles screams over and over again. “I am a child, my brother, I am a child,” he says hits the suffocating and rushes with Horner on board.
Horner continues to scream and demand an apology for exhausting his private boat and returns Horner to his boat, while maintaining that he has not been divided.
“Do it (obscene word) again, and see what is happening,” says Horner.
Punta Gorda Police chief Pam Smith said that behavior like Horner will not be tolerated in the waterways. The entry of a person’s boat without permission to qualify as an action under Florida’s law when accompanied by threats or aggression.
“Smith will not be tolerated with this type of behavior in our waterways – or anywhere else in our city,” Smith said. “We are committed to ensuring the safety of our inhabitants and visitors, whether on Earth or on water.”
Horner was charged with theft or battery, unacceptable entry.
Horner's lawyer issued a statement stating that his client apologizes for what happened.
“It is very sorry. What started as a moment of frustration and anxiety has escalated in a way that should not be simply,” says the statement, partly, according to news of the Gulf coast now. “Giggs dealt with the situation with an impressive composure and an impressive layer, and this lead helped prevent things from becoming much worse.”
His lawyer wrote that Horner's actions were “destroyed”, and his reputation was damaged while his wife and mother were harassed and even threatened, as he claimed.
The statement notes that Horner is one of the old combat warriors who were seriously injured in Afghanistan.
“He served with honor, got multiple medals, and suffered a brain injury in the fighting. It was recognized as 100 % disabled by the Ministry of Affairs of the Veterans. This is not an excuse – but it is part of his story. I stood when this country asked him, and this service deserves to be verified.”
