Rudain worked in the Football Association in England as a fitness expert between 1997 and 2006, when the summit came with the success of the World Cup in Australia.
Rudain was also part of the Woodward's BackRoom team in the British and Irish black tour in New Zealand in 2005.
After working with Team GB, Reddin joined the FA in 2014 as head of performance services under the supervision of Elite Development Dan Dan Ashworth.
The role of Reddin initially focused on the development teams in England, but he was appointed head of the team's strategy and performance in 2016.
This role included the responsibilities of performance medicine, analysis, physical performance, nutrition and people's development. Rudain worked with the Gareth Southgate team in England, and he was included in the 2018 World Cup when they reached the semi -finals.
Martin Glenn, CEO of the FA, said that two Rudain played “a major role in all of our teams in England” when he left the organization in 2019.
Rindin was investigated by the Football Association after a bullied claim was made against him in 2017.
After a comprehensive operation, the FA said it was “completely satisfied with investigating matters appropriately and concluded.”
