Gemmill I think the biggest difference between now is that we have never dealt with the level of misleading information that is published on the audience. People trust their doctors. It is just a ramp. This is a major challenge to doctors to try to convince people that what they are trying to do is to help them.

Gemmill I don't know if this has happened in the realistic life in the hospital. I am sure that this happened in a combat position, but it was a position in which they had no choice, and we put them in this situation, and this seems to be the only solution. It is a great gambling, but does it save life, dangers or lose life? Perhaps the envelope prompted us, but given the circumstances, I would do so and asked about forgiveness later.
