The nurse, Shilirand Sharegati, 30, was imprisoned for life in the Loton Crown Court
A nurse was imprisoned, and her young daughter suffocated in the act of “marital revenge” for life for the sick crime. Shelirand Chargeti, 30, lost a two -year -old Roslene Nursery to her former partner months before the horror incident.
In April of last year, the anger she suffered from her daughter's loss turned into a brutality when she strangled the little girl, before she contacted the paramedics who rushed to the hospital. Tragically, it cannot be saved. The mother was arrested and initially acknowledged that he was guilty of unintended killing on the basis of decreasing responsibility, but in the Loton Crown court this week he was convicted of death and life imprisonment.
She claimed that she was suffering from a mental health condition, but the prosecutors argued that she was suffering from “moderate to moderate” depression was not enough to weaken her ability to issue “rational rule.”
CARIGWATI will serve at least 16 years. “Roselline was happy, funny, fun, beautiful and full of love. It was a kind of daughter that all parents dreamed of,” Washington's father said in an influential honor.
“I touched a lot of hearts wherever we went, and everyone loved them. She could light her smile any room, and her laughter continues to resonate the hearts of those who knew her.
“I liked the nursery school and playing abroad, especially sticking to the bike you just learned.
“As her father, the pain of the loss of Roslin is something that I carry with me every day. But also the joy of knowing it, grabbing it, and I loved it without restriction.
An investigation was launched by Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Herfordshire Major Crime Unit after the two -year -old died in the hospital on Sunday April 14, 2024, after an accident in Charigwati.
“First of all, our thoughts with Roslin, whose life was very harsh at an early age. We also expand our heartfelt condolences to her father and the broader family, who are still trying to communicate with their unimaginable losses,” said Inspector Justin Jenkins, who led the investigation.
“This was a sad issue for all those concerned, from the therapist who received the initial invitation, to the officers and paramedics who attended and the delicious detectives team who achieved. It had a devastating impact on the local community who, in a concept, shocked.
“Despite the ruling, there are no positives here, but I would like to praise all those concerned for their efforts during what was a very annoying issue.”
