Walmart has promised some customers that after complaints about the Select stores will be fulfilled.
The retail giant still has the treasures of the treasurer and self -examination kiosks mostly from more than 4,600 country stores.

In recent years, Walmart has modified this basis on each store.
For example, some stores in New Mexico were completely removed by self -examination and returned to the treasurer corridors.
Others have tested that they left only a few corridors, the treasurer, open with an automatic experience.
Regardless of this step, Walmart exit processes continue to cause controversy, as upper complaints are long and limited lines to reach the way some prefer over others.
This continued earlier in April with two customers long.
“Walmart, it's bad enough, I went almost exclusively to a self -examination, but you only have 2 out of 15 open work is bad work”, shopping shopping, Marcos, in a post on X.
Wall Mart responds quickly and ask for more information so that it can “can be seen.”
It is not clear whether Marcus contacted the retailers more.
What is the deal?
There are at least two possible reasons to close 13 stalls.
Employees at the specified walmart store decided that Marcus Shopped decided to close these passages at the present time for a specific reason, or they could be detained exclusively for Walmart Plus members.
Walmart began implementing last year's policy that retained some Walmart Plus clients to check for the SCAN & Go feature included in their annual subscription of $ 98.
Some customers complained that at least 60 % of the stalls in their store were reserved as a result, leaving a little left for those who have no membership.
The second complaint came in April from a shopper and found himself in a similar position.
“Walmart, if you are going to the party to the store for self -registration, open them! This is*inine!” They chanted in a separate post on X.
What is the Wall Mart examination?

A check and Go Walmart was performed to save time for shoppers
The Walmart Scan and Go system was created to help customers wipe the elements while shopping, paying and leaving without waiting for the long exit lines.
The retail seller describes the new system to be taken in a few easy steps:
- Customers first need to download the Walmart app on their phones while enabling access to their location.
- On the intended page in the store mode, shoppers should click Scan and Go option.
- Customers can wipe each element and put them in their vehicles while shopping.
- In the end, they will be asked to display the cart to make sure that the quantity in the application coincides with those in their vehicles.
- Shoppers will press “check out” and go to a self -examination.
- They will be asked to wipe the quick response code provided in the registry and confirm their payment method.
- Once the treatment is complete, shoppers can leave the store without worry.
A picture of a line of shoppers who spoke in the corridor was included waiting for the self -examination kiosks that remained open.
The retailer responded again, saying that he “will reach the bottom of this” if the shopper sends more details through a private message.
They are not alone either.
Complaints continue
In January, Wall Mart looked at a complaint from a client claiming that “30 self -passes” were suddenly closed.
Another person entered in December that “only 6 out of 40 were open,” which led them to boycott the retail seller forever.
Although the policy that caused the latest outline between the Walmart shoppers is a limit of 15 elements in self -examination stalls.
Although the maximum was introduced to perfectly improve the efficiency of the exit and reduce the loss of inventory due to Miss-Scan errors or theft, some customers claimed that it causes more problems than it deserves.
Last summer, one of the clients said they had waited 45 minutes to pay the price of their goods and leave due to the maximum of 15 elements.
Others asked, “What does this mean?” After facing the maximum, only two self -examined stalls left.
Wal -Mart shoppers were also warned of a campaign of self -verification “without accuracy.”
One of the customers also left the series recently to “reform this” after a controversial policy to combat theft until the purchase stopped in “2 different stores”.
