“The Board of Directors is prevented from providing any additional comment on the matter through the SPFL regulations, but it will communicate with the supporters in the early.”

An independent disciplinary court found that Hamilton is guilty of four crimes, including not paying players and not acting in “goodwill” when dealing with the ruling body on removing the previous transfer ban.

Other fees are related to:

  • Giving incorrect information to the league about the ownership of the stadium

  • Late presentation of their membership standards for this season

  • Failure to meet the standard required for the Scottish FA license to participate in the league.

  • There was also a fine of 9,000 pounds, 2,500 pounds are suspended waiting for any other displacement.

The appeal decision comes hours after Accies revealed that they are planning to leave the New Douglas Park in the middle of a row on the ownership of the stadium, leasing, and the move to the former Clyde home in Stadium Broadwood, Cumbernauld.

However, Clyid in League 2 says they have reached an agreement to expand the stadium's rental in Hamilton.
