Hunter Biden dropped a lawsuit on Wednesday against two of the internal revenue service who claimed the wide -ranging cover -up in the Ministry of Justice to the investigation of tax fraud.

Biden slapped a descendant of a lawsuit against those whose violations were in 2023, claiming that they “targeted and sought to embarrass Mr. Biden through public data to the media in which they revealed and its representatives revealed secret information about the issues of the private citizen tax.”

Without detailing a specific reason, the 55 -year -old scandal moved to rejecting a lawsuit against Gary Shabli, who was a special supervisory agent in the Tax Authority at that time, and Joe Ziegler, who was an agent.

“It was always clear that the lawsuit was an attempt to intimidate us,” the two men said in a statement. “Never succeeding and taking revenge. We really wanted to present our day in the court the full story, but it seems that Mr. Biden was afraid to fight this case in a legal court after all.”

“His voluntary rejection of the case tells you everything you need to know about who was right and who was wrong.”

The chapter comes about a month after the four lawyers of Biden submitted the lawsuit, Abi David Lowle, Christopher Man, David Kolaski, and Isabella Ocei, a proposal to withdraw as his lawyer.

Shabley and Zejler complained of their leadership series to deal with the government's investigation in Biden. Ultimately, they contacted the Office of the Special Adviser (OSC), which is federal monitoring and Republican legislators in Congress.

SHAPLY conducted a general interview with CBS in May 2023, where his accusations were determined that the Ministry of Justice was “slow” investigation.

Later that year, the Ministry of Justice slapped charges against Biden after its approval and transfer agreement collapsed before the trial with the Federal Reserve. The tax fees included nine charges claiming that he collected his uncle Sam $ 1.4 million from 2016 to 2019. These taxes were later paid.

Biden acknowledged that he was guilty of all charges last year, then his father, former President Joe Biden, gave his “full and unconditional” son.

The Shabli and Ziegler legal team confirmed that the former first son “refused his case with bias – which means that he cannot bring him again” and did so “in exchange for nothing at all.”

“Hunter Biden brought this lawsuit against two respected federal agents in retaliation to detonate a whistle on the preferential treatment he gave,” the lawyers said in a statement.

“Shapley and Ziegler did not mistake, and they had no pardon, and their actions have now been justified again.”

Earlier this month, President Trump Shabli has briefly took advantage of the Acting Commissioner for the Tax Authority before replacing him with Michael Folkander.

Post, the lawyer in Biden, called a descendant to comment.
