Walmart sponsor claimed that they had contacted the store's customer service line after facing problems with an order.

The customer said that they called the auxiliary line a total of nine times until they spoke to the manager – but the problem was not solved.

They wrote on X: “Walmart I have contacted your customer service number about problems with a request of no less than nine times in four weeks.

“Every time I was given a solution that is never achieved.

“I called today twice and was suspended even by the named director.

“Keep in mind that you were calm and respectful, so WTF continues!”

Walmart answered the unhappy customer with an apology and provided their support.

The retailer's account answered: “Oh no, this is not what we like to see!

“Can you send us DM please with additional details, so that we can look at this?”

It is not clear whether the case was resolved.

This comes after Walmart sponsors criticized the retail dealer to cancel one of the famous privileges.

Walmart Plus came previously with the PARAMONT Plus Streaming subscription – but the beloved Perk is no longer available.

The decision left the frustrated customers who were scrambling to cancel their partnerships Palus before imposing fees.

Many shoppers recently claimed that when they tried to end Paramount Plus for any reason, the result was that the associated Walmart Plus membership was also canceled.

One of the angry shoppers on X wrote: “Walmart, why is it difficult to cancel your subscription to Paramount through Walmart Plus without canceling your entire subscription?

“Do they make it difficult to do this intentionally?”

Walmart Plus is a retail service, which competes directly with Amazon Prime.
