President Trump said on Friday that a tariff of 80 % tariffs on Chinese goods “seem correct”-as senior officials in the United States and China are preparing for high-level weekend conversations to violate the trade war between the two largest economies in the world.
“China must open its market to the United States of America – it will be very good for them !!! The closed markets do not work anymore !!!” Trump said in fact.

“80 % tariffs on China seem correct! Even Scott B,” referring to Treasury Secretary Scott Payet.
Trump showed the figure of the customs tariff just as it was commercial negotiations and adults, Jameson Jarir, was preparing to meet with their Chinese counterparts in Switzerland for high conversations.
This comes after the sources near negotiation told the Post on Thursday that the Trump administration was studying a plan to reduce the current tariff by 145 % to 50 %.
The trade war has been rising since Trump announced the “Tahrir Day” tariff on April 2 – which prompted China to take revenge on its fees.
Customs tariffs have risen on each other since then, with the US tariff against China currently by 145 % and China's drawings on the United States by 125 %.
