Tom Brady reportedly had a lot of words regarding the current situation of the Las Vegas Raiders, which includes vacancies at the head coach and general manager positions.
Last week, the Raiders fired Antonio Pierce and general manager Tom Telesco after a 4-13 season.

Brady, who has won seven Super Bowls in the NFL, has been approved as minority owner of the Raiders in Oakland.
A recent report confirmed that the 47-year-old is having a major impact on the NFL franchise.
On Sunday, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Raiders owner Mark Davis had “reservations” about firing head coach Pierce and J.M. Telesco, but Brady “pushed” him to do so.
The New England Patriots icon felt “the need for a complete reset” after the pair's first campaign resulted in a disappointing record.
Pierce, a former Super Bowl champion, was the Raiders' interim coach in mid-2023 and led the team to a 5-4 record before being given the full-time position.
Telesco was the general manager of the Los Angeles Chargers for 10 years before joining the Raiders in January 2024.
The newspaper also shared that Brady will lead the team's search for a new coach and general manager.
“This is Tom's show now,” a source told the newspaper.
Brady owns five percent of the Raiders.
A month before taking ownership, he began his NFL broadcasting career alongside Kevin Burkhart on Fox.
In 2022, Brady signed a 10-year, $375 million deal to be the network's lead analyst.
There has been criticism of Brady's role, with some believing there is a conflict of interest.
An example of this conflict of interest will be on full display when Brady is tasked with calling the divisional round game between the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders.
The competition will feature a head coaching candidate in Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, while Brady's co-owned team is in the middle of a head coaching search.
The Raiders have also already spoken to Johnson.
They are one of six teams with head coaching vacancies, including the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints and Jacksonville Jaguars.
As of Monday, the Raiders have interviewed Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, and Detroit offensive tackle coach Johnson.
The franchise will also meet former Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that “Davis and Brady were involved” in head coaching interviews.
