Lauren Sanchez's eye-catching lingerie look was a middle finger to Inauguration Day traditions, as her plunging neckline stole the show, a fashion expert said.
Jeff Bezos' fiancée responded to the political dynasties and embraced her controversial style as she intentionally put on a busty display.
“She put herself in a position to attract the wrong attention,” celebrity stylist and image consultant Amanda Sanders exclusively told The US Sun.
“She wants to feel young and sexy, and she's very confident. But I think for me the thing is knowing your audience.”
On Monday, Sanchez, the news anchor-turned-author and philanthropist, joined her husband, Bezos, for a full-day celebration of President Donald Trump's swearing-in ceremony.
She hung out with a “trillion-dollar crew” of tech leaders, including Elon Musk, who was nominated to Trump’s cabinet, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, and Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Most women followed hundreds of years of tradition and wore formal business attire, such as tea-length dresses or Jackie Kennedy-inspired wool ensembles.
However, Sanchez stood out from the crowd by wearing a crisp white suit with a plunging neckline that left little to the imagination.
Jutting from her bust line was a ruffle and lace embroidered bra, which, according to Sanders, seemed like a desperate cry for attention.
The suit, designed by Alexander McQueen, did not come with a top, so Sanchez chose to finish off the outfit with racy details rather than grabbing a blouse, the fashion expert said.
“It had to be done intentionally. You can't take that jacket off. You're putting yourself in a dilemma, where you can't take it off if you're hot,” she said.
“For her, it's like, 'Please look at me. Please look at me.' “It's a call to attention.”
Sanders, who has worked with celebrities such as Chris Rock and Gwyneth Paltrow, believes Sanchez may have felt above the rules because she represented the “new rich”.
She lived a humble childhood and rose through the ranks of local news stations before having an illicit relationship with one of the richest men in the world in 2019.
During the inauguration, the self-made woman was surrounded by political dynasties and generations of old money people.
With her outlandish attire, Sanchez was “impressing the establishment by wearing something that would attract attention,” Sanders said.
“She's a very beautiful woman, and the suit is really elegant in itself. But the top is tasteless, or the lack of a shirt is tasteless.”
sanchez “speaking”
Sanchez calmly responded to heartless online trolls the day after her inauguration outfit attracted a sea of hate.
On Instagram, she didn't show off her controversial daytime look, instead sharing softly lit photos of her more elegant evening gown.
That look was a peach-colored Dolce & Gabbana gown that flaunted her curves while providing a little more coverage.
In the comment sections of the post, followers could see that she dished out plenty of compliments that silenced the critics.
“Girl who ate that opening look, don't mind any haters,” read one comment she liked.
Who stole the inauguration fashion crown?
Fabulous's deputy fashion editor, Abby McHale, gives her take on the political dance floor.
Looks like old-school 1950s Hollywood glamor was the theme for the ladies of the Trump family at the Liberty Ball last night.
Sticking to the monochromatic color palette seen throughout the day, Melania wore a strapless Hervé Pierre dress, complete with a black necklace and 1955 brooch, borrowed from Harry Winston.
She wasn't the only family member wearing something with retro vibes, as Ivanka Trump wore a version of the Givenchy dress worn by Audrey Hepburn in 1954.
Melania knows how to look elegant, and she skillfully steals the best-dressed crown with sharp, still figure-hugging silhouettes and a clean color palette.
She also knows what style works for her, having worn another Hervé Pierre dress to Trump's first inauguration in 2017.
Lara Trump was the only member of the family who didn't echo the muted colors of the rest, choosing the fiery red of the Republican Party instead.
Tiffany and Kay Trump, on the other hand, opted for sexier options, with the latter's dress giving off the prom vibes you'd naturally expect from a 17-year-old.
In general, they brought back with all their might the fashions of the Gilded Age, lavish and luxurious.
Another said: “You are truly an inspiration to me and I'm sure to many women.”
Monday's blunder wasn't the first time Sanchez has pushed the envelope with her colorful style.
Last year, she was invited to a state dinner at the White House and bizarrely wore a corset dress with a plunging neckline that gave guests stares.
At a charity event in September, she wore a sheer lace dress that left almost nothing to the imagination.
“It's all about the breasts, and the rest of the stuff doesn't matter,” Sanders said.
Opening appearance
Although Zuckerberg was caught sneaking to the top of Sanchez, not all eyes were on the Amazon heiress.
At Monday night's Liberty Ball, several members of the Trump family made stunning formal appearances, especially Kay Trump.
President Trump's 17-year-old granddaughter has proven that the rising golf star is a confident young lady with a bright future.
Meanwhile, Melania was criticized for wearing a 'weird' hat all day, but fans insisted she was trying to send a secret message.
