SONIC is bringing some much-needed fun this winter, as it launches a new limited-edition beverage.
The Drive-In chain has brought back its fan-favorite Strawberry Shortcake Slush Float and people are thrilled.

The fast food brand issued a Facebook post welcoming the popular drink back to its menu.
It read: “We're back by popular demand! All of our staff sampled this yesterday and said the Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float was the best thing they've had here!”
“Stop and try it for yourself! Only for a limited amount of time.”
The drink is made with real strawberries, sweet SONIC Slush flavor, and a smooth, creamy vanilla snowball topping for an irresistible dessert.

The drink will be released for the first time at The X Games in Aspen, Colo., but it won't be long until it becomes available nationwide.
Those who have the app can already get the drink but it will be made available to everyone on January 27.

But the staff shared a way to make the drink even better.
In a post on social media, several workers recommended ordering the mixed drink.
“Have staff mix it up,” one person wrote.
Another commented: “What's inside. Looks great.”
“Make it permanent,” wrote a third.

Sonic customers can get four new soda flavor options this holiday season. They are listed below:

- It has a sprite base
- Includes lemon and fruit flavours
- Whipped cream and topped with Nerds candy
- Nicole
- Inspired by Nicole Richie
- Dr. Pepper base
- Real strawberry infused
- Sweet cream, whipped cream
- Butter Brew Barq's Root Beer
- Caramel and sweet cream
- Dr Pepper Sparkling Sugar Cookie
- Caramel, sugar cookies, sweet cream
While a fourth said: Can we mix it??
