A Hamilton Heights townhouse once rented by Emmy award-winning TV personality Sherri Shepherd, of the nationally syndicated daytime talk show “Sherri,” has hit the market for $3.2 million.
Shepherd is an actress best known for playing Angie Jordan in “30 Rock” and Evette Chase in “The Sex Lives of College Girls.”
She is also a comedian and a former co-host of “The View” from 2007 to 2014.
The five-story home, located at 27 Hamilton Terrace, last traded for $3.85 million in 2021, slightly down from its $3.95 million ask in 2020. It was then on the market for a mere 41 days, according to StreetEasy.
