There is a policeman in New Jersey in hot water for tracing my mother's database in a national police database, then leads the police cruiser to her home to ask her to go out.
Joshua James, an 29 -year -old officer in the Neptune town police station in southern Jersey, was arrested and charged with two charges of criminal activity related to the third -class computer last week, according to NJ.com.
The authorities say James was working on the details of the primary school in the city of Montmouth on January 10 when he saw a 28 -year -old mother picking her child, according to a written police statement.
After that, it was claimed that he went to a pair of national databases-the law enforcement data base at Spillman Flex and the FBI criminal justice system to find its home address, according to the report.
Armed with information, he claimed that James had led the police cruiser to her home and hit her – while he was still wearing a military uniform.
The statement said: “Officer James asked her whether she was single and asked her phone number,” adding that he later contacted and sent to my mother cautious.
“These databases should be used only for law enforcement purposes.”
The woman reported the officer's behavior across the line to the department, and the police arrested him later.
