Matt Eberflus has a new function.

Cow sponsors rented the former coach at Bears to be a defensive coordinator on Tuesday, according to Tom Peckero of NFL Network.

Eberflus spent parts of three seasons in Chicago, reaching 14-32, before being expelled in late November after the start of 4-8 of the 2024 campaign.

The Dallas Defense Coordinator has long replaced Mike Zimmer, who was expected to retire from football.

Eberflus spent seven seasons with cowboy from 2011 to 17, as he served as the back of the Dahir players in the privilege and the coordinator of the passing games.

He occupied the job of a defensive coordinator with dowries before the 2018 season, and spent three years there before he became the main coach of Bez.

Eberflus is the first major rental in Cowboys after the new coach Brian Schottleheimer.

Shotenheimer, who was the coordinator of the Dallas attack in the past two seasons, replaced Mike McCarthy, who separated from the teams earlier this month.

The Schottenheimer employment was so controversial in Dallas, to the extent that owner Jerry Jones defended a challenge of the decision during his preliminary press conference for his new coach on Monday.

Jones told reporters: “I kicked my asset that I needed for people in my rest,” Jones told reporters. “Without this thing about me in any way, if you don't think I cannot work outside my comfort zone, you are very wrong, this is incredible.

“This is a great danger as you can take. Great risk as you can take. There is no main training experience.”

Cow sponsors start in the nightmare season 2024, where they went from 7 to 10 after major injuries on both sides of the ball.

Eberflus will be assigned to activate the Dallas defense, which has struggled this season, allowing the second with the most points and fifth more than the U.S. Football Association arenas.

Upon his arrival in the year, Cowboys won 12 games in three consecutive seasons, which made the qualifiers every year, although they won only one match match during that period.
