Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, warned that he would be “cautious” about imposing a retaliatory tariff against the United States in response to the definitions imposed by President Trump on Saturday.

“Trudeau warned. Texas economy is greater than Canada. We are not afraid to use.”
