Everton, the leader of Norway Marin Magil, who spent seven successful seasons with Chelsea, signed a permanent deal.
Defender MJELDE, 35, left Chelsea in the summer after winning six women's Premier League titles and FA Cup four times.
She joined the Norway side ARNA-BJORNAR in August, but is now returning to WSL.
“I am always hungry for more, I love to play football and I am happy to continue my journey here in Everton,” Mjelde told Club Media.
“I hope I can contribute. If this is with the goals or only the player I am, I want to do his best to the team to make Everton better and progress – and for this reason I am here.”
The Everton coach Bian Sorensen said that MJELDE – his sixth team signed this winter – is a “respectful” player.
He added: “She is a pioneer inside and outside the stadium and has an invaluable experience. It is multi -use and adds depth to our back line and our center.
“Marine knows the Premier League well and knows what is necessary to win the matches in this section. It is a role model that will help younger players in our team. We are pleased to be on board.”
