Amber Ruffin will be the distinguished artist at the upcoming White House Correspondents' dinner, scheduled for April 26.
“When I started thinking about what the artists would be perfectly suitable for dinner this year, Amber was at the top of my list,” said Eugene Daniels of Politico, President of the Association.
He added: “She has the ability to follow the separation line between luxurious and humor comments while provoking her fans to think about important issues in the day. I am pleased and her honor said yes.”
