A source close to a station owned by Nexstar in South Texas says it was a “mistake” that CBS is a subsidiary there to a commercial break on Sunday after Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars won the Best Dual Performance/Pop Group in Grammys.
As part of her acceptance speech, Gaga expressed her support for the LGBTQIA community by saying, “Persons are not uninterrupted. Transient people deserve love. Queer society deserves to be raised.” The viral speech soon went.
But according to Reddit, many people in the lower Rio Grande Valley Kveo in Brunsville, Texas. They immediately went to a commercial declaration until they wondered whether the station was cut off from the speech because I “live in a red state.”
One of the users said: “I later saw her speech announcement that the transgender people are not visible on other platforms,” said one of the users. “I know that censorship occurs, but I wonder if this is just a coincidence.”
Other Reddit users who said they were from Texas confirmed that it was also cut. However, viewers from the areas of Dallas and Houston said they saw the speech and heard.
A source close to the station insists that the reduction to a declaration was a mistake after Bresonal unintentionally raised during the preparation of the late evening news messages.
Gaga was an audio ally of the Queer community throughout her career. Grammys's speech came to her after President Donald Trump retracted diversity, stocks, integration, and accessibility initiatives. His administration also removed the transgender references from federal government websites.
