“The organizer will be created in the law this year, and I am somewhat sure of that,” Evz said.
“But by the time when it was prepared, the work began, the employees and all the elements of the invoice were trained in place, and then, the conflict between the Premier League and the EFL with the background, which may be three years.
“Then we have a discussion about the three campaign, which will delay it for another year. This may be four seasons.
“We have a pyramid that represents the envy of countries all over the world because you can move from the top to the top, based on sporting merit. But there is a blockage in the jump between the national league and the EFL. Simply unfair.
“I think the vast majority of admirers, who look at them objectively, will see injustice. We want a more just system.”
The relations between the EFL and the national league became tense when Ives appeared on behalf of its organization at a reception in the English Premier League held in the role of Parliament in April.
The National League clubs are concerned about the cost of legal bills if the organizer of the organizational authority has participated in costly conflicts with clubs that might be liquidated to their level.
EFL feels that the position of the National League has undermined their demands to increase part of the financial affairs of the Premier League.
“It is an interesting discussion,” added Evis. “The simple truth we had some problems about the organizer as we differed from the English language as a foreign language that does not mean that we are compatible with the Premier League. This is a wrong name, it is not true at all.”
