Chelsea president Sonia Bombastor says she is not thinking about winning the quadruple of this season, but reaching the Women's Cup final is the “first step”.
The Blues reached her first show in this season, extending an unacceptable distance to 22 games, beating West Ham against Kingsmeadow on Wednesday.
Bombastor has not lost a match since she took over from Emma Hayes in May, and her team remains in the search for all four prizes.
“The truth is that we haven't won anything yet,” she said.
“If you reach the final, but you don't win, this does not mean anything.”
Chelsea maintains the progress of seven points at the top of the women's Premier League, chasing the sixth consecutive title, while Everton faces on Sunday to get a place in the last eight of the FA Cup.
They are also in the quarter -finals of the Women's Champions League – one cup that the club did not win.
Chelsea also greatly strengthened in the transfer window in January with the addition of the global record signing, the United States defender Naomi, in addition to the England midfielder Keira Walsh from Barcelona.
Nevertheless, Chelsea Chelsea Millie Bright said that the club wanted to win every piece of silver tools available this season and Bombastor's approach helped in this ambitious approach.
“Every cup we want, we want to raise them all,” Bright told BBC Live on Wednesday.
“This was really something that was really emerged when Sonia came for the first time. She is not afraid to say that she wants every cup and wants everything we compete for.
“We want to really win and love it. Put it there, there is nothing wrong with it and really puts the tone.”
The first opportunity for Bomastor to raise a cup, where Chelsea manager will be on March 15 at the Derby Park stadium, where Arsenal or Manchester City is waiting for.
However, the Blues President said she was not thinking about the final.
“Focus is to make sure that we are deeply deepened, as deep as possible,” Bombastor added.
“But also Game, we just focus in the next game and how we can make sure we have great chances to win.”
