Sam Kerr was cleared by the Kingson Crown's jury after he was traded for four hours

Chelsea striker Sam Kerr was found unjust to cause a racist harassment, after calling for a “stupid and white” Metropolitan police.

It was directed by a jury at the Kingston Crown Court in relation to an accident in Toekenham, southwest of London, on January 30, 2023.

Mrs. Kiir, 31, said that she was “returned” by the officers after being transferred to a police station by a taxi driver in the wake of a dispute.

The Australian international, who made comments to the computer, Stephen Loville, did not deny the use of the phrase “stupid and white”, but he denied that it was a racist crime.

Mrs. Kiir was cleared by the jury after she was traded for four hours.

She gave a thumb to her legal team before leaving the courtroom with her fiancé, West Ham Stelet Miuis midfielder.

In a statement after the verdict, Mrs. Kiir thanked her supporters, family and friends, and said that she can now “put this difficult period behind me.”

While I apologize for expressing myself badly on a painful evening, I have always confirmed that I do not intend to insult or harm anyone and I am grateful because the jury agreed unanimously.

“I am completely focused on returning to the field and looking forward to an exciting year for me and my family.”

In a statement, the Football Administration in Australia admitted to the ruling and said it had “remained committed” to support the player throughout the process.

The trial heard that Mrs. Kiir and Mrs. Meyis were drinking alcohol when they were transferred to the Tokkenham police station by a taxi driver who complained that they refused to pay the cleaning costs after one of them was sick and that one of them had broke the back window of the vehicle.

After the ruling, Judge Peter Ludder K. said.

“I do not go behind the jury's rule, but this has a great impact on the issue of costs.”

During the trial, Mrs. Kiir said she regretted the way she expressed herself, but added: “I feel that the message is still relevant.”

I denied the use of whiteness as an insult and claimed: “I thought he was using his strength and privilege for me because he accused me of being not.

“I was trying to express that because of the strength and privilege they enjoyed, they will never have to understand what we just went through and the fear we were facing for our lives.”

It can now be reported that Mrs. Kiir's legal team tried to throw the case in a preliminary hearing, on the pretext that there is an abuse of the prosecutor.

The lawyer of Mrs. Kiir Grace Forbes said that the prosecution service in the Crown Prince had violated her own guidelines, adding that a “loophole” was used in the victims review system to justify the prosecution procedures after a year of alleged crime.

During the trial, he was placed on PC Lovell that he had made a statement claiming that Mrs. Kiir's comments had caused “alert or harassment” after this decision.

In the first statement to CPS, the officer did not mention any “stupid and white” comment with an impact on it, and the jury was informed.

Another statement from PC Lovell was presented in December 2023, noting the alleged effect.

He read a section of the statement to the court, who said that the comments made him “shock, annoyed, (left) I feel insulted.”

The charge was later authorized in December 2023, almost a year after the accident.

In her statement, football in Australia said that she also admitted that the “pressure” that she put on “all concerned”.

“Football in Australia will be reflected with Sam about learning from this matter … We look forward to Sam's return to the stadium and its continuous contributions in both its club and Matildas on the world stage.”
