The British Mi5 Spy Agency has apologized to the BBC.

The unprecedented situation arose after MI5 was forced to say sorry for three courts to lie about the neo -Nazi agent who attacked his girlfriend with a recorder, as the British Broadcasting Corporation revealed today.

Initially, the BBC reported that she said she could not share information about the agent because of the secret service policy of not confirming or rejecting the identities of the informants.

But Daniel de Simon from the BBC, who has been reporting on the case for years, says that MI5 has actually revealed that the man put him in a phone call while he was trying to persuade him not to investigate. He wrote Mi5 trying to prevent De Simon from reporting the agent's behavior.

The case dates back to 2022 when the British Broadcasting Corporation first informed the first time that the man known as the agent X elaborated his partner and how BBC believed that his identity should be revealed in order to protect his partner and others.

Today, the Mi5 issued a “non -conservative apology” to BBC and all the three courts, describing what happened as a “serious mistake” and saying “MI5 bears full responsibility”, according to BBC. The case will now return to the specialized court, which is investigating whether the security service has violated the human rights of women by failing to protect them from the behavior of the abusive and forced agent.

In legal requests today, the BBC also called on the court to take other steps to ensure that this “serious breach is investigated.”
