Dollar General apologizes after shopper begs for store ‘improvements’ as self-checkout had ‘numerous people’ waiting

The shopping shopping in Cleibern, Texas, complained about the X that the general local dollar was unwanted and short, which led to a response from the company.

Kirt Forsythe, Forsythekirt username on X, posted a criticism of his local store status.

“Just inform you that your store in Cleibern, Texas off HWY 4 needs improvements,” said Forseth.

“There are always elements that you need to be stored in the corridor and no one in the record.”

Forsythe continued to provide an account on a frustrating experience in the store, which left the customers waiting for the empty exit.

“There were many people behind me when the treasurer left to help the customer.”

The company's official X account immediately responded with an apology, and promised to look at the matter.

“We are sorry for any negative experience, Curt,” a general autumn representative named.

“Please note that your notes will be shared with the right members in our team.”

Cleburne's general location currently has a single -star classification on Yelp.

One of the auditors complained that the employees were smoking around the clock and throwing in the record.
