Janek Janek accepted the immediate ban for a period of three months of tennis after reaching a settlement with the Anti -Doping Agency Test two positive drugs last year.
The 23 -year -old Italian girl, who won last month, was suspended in the Australian Open, from February 9 to May 4.
It will be eligible to play at the next Grand SAM event, The French Open, which starts on May 19.
WADA has launched an appeal for the Sports Court of Sports (CAS) on the 2024 resolution by the International Tennisage Agency (ITIA) not to suspend the sinner.
Wada wanted a ban for up to two years, but on Saturday he said that he accepts his interpretation that he was unintentionally contaminated by the material banned by a physiotherapist, and the case will not now take place.
The body explained that it accepts the Grand Slam champion three times “does not intend to cheat”, and that the drug “did not provide any reinforced benefit” and this happened “without his knowledge as a result of the neglect of the Hashef members.”
He added: “However, according to the code and thanks to Cas Preprent, the athlete bears the responsibility of neglecting Entourge. Based on a unique group of the facts of this issue, a three -month comment is considered an appropriate result.”
In a statement issued by his lawyers, Sinner said: “This case was suspended for a period of about a year and the operation still has a long time to run for a decision, perhaps only at the end of the year.
“I have always accepted that I am responsible for my team and realize the strict WADA rules important protection for the sport I love. On this basis, I accepted the WADA offer to solve these procedures on a three -month penalty.”
Tennis has witnessed some prominent stimulants over the past six months, as the pioneering player Ig Swatek accepted a one -month comment in November after his positive test of a banned material when it was ranked first in the world.
The sinner was previously cleared of any violations by an independent committee after a positive test of Clostebol in March 2024.
He was unintentionally contaminated by a physiotherapist, who was cutting cut off his hand with an over -the -counter spray, and who later found that he contained the prohibited substance.
ITIA said in August that the painting found that the sinner carries “no mistake or neglect” for a positive test of low levels of a future of Clostebol – steroid that can be used to build muscle mass.
However, Wada made an appeal with CAS last September, saying at the time that finding a “lack of error or negligence” was not true under the rules in force.
It sought a ban between a year and two, with a hearing from April 16 to 17.
But the sinner before now the three -month ban and the next championship in which he can play is the Italian open, which begins on May 7.
It will be absent from the prestigious stadium championships in Indian Wales and Miami in the United States, as well as many clay tournaments that reach the French Open.
Wada, who officially withdrew from CAS's appeal, says that the sinner can return to the “official training activity” as of April 13.
ITIA says the results of WADA support their initial results.
