President Trump announced on Saturday that value-added tax systems will be dealt with in other countries such as customs tariffs-and to include them in his new plan to impose American fees on matching.
“We will consider in countries that use a value -added tax system, which is much more punitive than customs tariffs, to be similar to that tariff,” Trump said in a post on the social truth about the decision.
He added, “Sending goods, product, or anything in any other name through another country, for the purposes of unfair harm to America, will not be accepted,” he added.
The value -added tax is a type of tax on the national percentage added to goods and services at each stage of production. It is used in at least 175 countries in the world.
The United States, which instead employs state and city taxes, is one of the few exceptions.
The new definitions are likely to be more than others in the European Union, which amount to value -added taxes of about 22 %.
Trump said that politics is in the interest of “fairness” and aims to bring treatment for ideals and prosperity.
“Whatever the countries receive the United States of America, we will receive them. No more, no less!” He wrote in his position.
Trump announced the first mutual tax order on Thursday.

It takes the US Trade Representative Office and Trade Secretary, Howard Lootnick, Recommendation Office, and the Management and Budget Office to submit a financial report within 180 days.
Recommendations and reports can come after the first fees are already imposed.
Also in Crosshairs is India and Japan.
A White House official described India as a “customs tariff” and indicated that Japan has very descending barriers on American imports.
Increased customs tariffs for each country will be allocated with the partial goal of starting new trade negotiations, according to reports.
European Union officials said they are considering adopting the low rate to please Trump.
The examples listed in the White House of non -commensurate taxes, including a 10 % import tariff for 2.5 % of America; Brazil's Ethanol tariff by 18 % compared to 2.5 % of the United States; India's tariff of 39 % on agricultural commodities compared to 5 % in the United States.
