A couple reached a dead end in their research to reduce his size to their dreams, which led them to take things in their hands.

Kim and Joe Group, 59, and 56, struggled to reduce his size when their adult children, Terrifor, Tyler and Hailei came out of their five -bedroom property in 2014.
The couple from Oklahoma was hoping to move to a smaller house, but they could not find anything that suits their needs and preferences.
The Lesters has written their names on a small residential development list at the local golf course, but this option has decreased, leaving Grubbs is struggling to find their dreams.
Kim said: “We wanted a small square, nothing to take care,” Kim said. “We looked around me and there was no place for us.”

The couple took matters in their hands, called their older son Trevor, 36, and suggested that they find some lands so that they could build real estate together.
It coincided with a 400 -acre countryside plot lacking water, electricity and roads.
“There was nothing there. It was just raw land,” Kim said. “Joe went and looked at the ground and was beautiful. On the day we saw Jona we want to buy.”
Grubbs bought the land in late 2021 for two million dollars, building their homes themselves, adding roads, fences, electricity and water.
Joe and Kim started building a barn on the property in July 2022 for $ 350,000, and moved within six months with their older son, wife and two children until Trevor managed to build his four -bedroom home.
Once Trevor and his family came out of the barn, Kim's parents moved to the barn.
Kim said: “They were ready for it, but they were somewhat careful at first,” Kim said.
“My father always wanted to be cowboy, loved him here, and we have cows, horses and chicken. They learned directly with us and enjoyed every minute.”
Grubbs Hayley and her husband are planning to move to the property later this year after they started building in their home this month.
The family built its homes only 150 yards and enjoyed the ability to live near each other.

Joe said: “The most fun is when we are together as a family.” “This compound works for us financially, and the building was easier.”
He admitted that having such a huge land comes with a lot of responsibility, including endless hours of rock cleaning, road building, feeding farm animals, and maintenance work.
There was nothing there. It was just raw land. Joe went and looked at the ground and was beautiful. On the day Joe saw, we said that we wanted to buy it. “

“But the benefit, which I did not even realize that we would be the comfort of being together and hanging out,” he said.
“When we bought it for us, we bought it for future generations. We will work on this for the rest of our lives and our grandchildren work in their lives as well.”

Like Grubbs, another couple built their dreams – but the “horrific” pollution error cost them thousands.
