The legendary singer and front man of Youngbloods Jesse Colin Young died at the age of 83.
The author of the songs, who is famous for his singing in the 10 best songs “Get Together”, died at his home in Akkin, South Carolina on Sunday afternoon, according to his wife and director.

Youngbloods was very common at FM stations at the time, and their songs were covered by great artists such as LED Zeppelin's Robert Plant – whose version of “Darkness, Darkness” won Grammy's nomination in 2002.
The front man was a violent activist of environmental issues and was a prominent figure in the era of counter -culture in the 1960s.
Hippie Anthem “Get Together”, which promotes peace and the Brotherhood, was released in their first album in 1967 and reached its peak 5th on Billboard Hot 100.
Young was born on November 22, 1941, in Queens, New York.
The singer, songwriter and popular guitar writer was a founding member of the Youngbloods, which was based in Boston, which he established in 1965.
Youngbloods erupted in 1972, before his professional career set out.
One of his latest albums, “Dreamers”, includes his son, Tristan Young, on the guitar guitar.
