A recent bulletin was dismayed when it was asked to be lifted in the exclusive Delta One at LaX Airport – causing a large discussion on Reddit.
In R/Delta Subreddit, one of the traveler shared his experience in asking the elite of the Delta Club if what they faced is normal or not.
“I left one Delta in a lounge in Lax. We went to the DeTa One hall several times in New York City, but this was the first time in Lax,” they wrote.
“Unlike NYC Lounge, everything is requested in Lax Club from a small menu and the employees brought them. Before we leave, the server gave us a coated card with a personal Venmo account so that we could give him advice. He had the Delta One logo at the bottom.”
This question caused a stir in the comments section of the topic. Perhaps it is right, given that Delta Sky Club is at airports all over the country as Soho House of the Air.
The post reached Delta for comment.
Some people did not think about the transformation of the hall staff.
“I saw a couple of backend in Skyclubs had a card with their Venmo/Cash app for Tipping. I always raise the Sky Club team in the first place, so I never thought about it,” I read one answer.
Another person wrote: “I think this is a good thing. It is not really different from the envelope in the hotel rooms.”
However, those on the other side of this conversation agreed that this is a hidden step by the server.
“No. Just no. I would have honestly reported.
“As soon as he threw the slogan of Delta there, he moved from a bit of a bit to the explicit end he deserved,” someone argued.
This is not the first time that he has faced other ethical decision -making hall of throwing or not – as another user of Reddit posted a picture of a tip jar in the shower hall in the same subreddit.

However, some people did not think – again – that anything was a mistake in delivering some money to workers.

NYC is the largest “Sky Club” show – with amenities such as good food, washing service, resorts, and more – more exclusive than others.
To reach this elite lounge-the members must be part of the “360” club for the invitee or can buy tickets that can reach $ 10,000.
