A woman who has a single green fruit and vegetables has not eaten for more than 20 years – and says a bite she could kill.

Chloe Rispick, 27, was diagnosed with oral allergy syndrome (OAS)-an allergy to any materials derived from pollen-in January 2005 at the age of seven.

I first realized that something wrong when it caused a bite of peaches in school in her lips enlarged and sore itching – and sought help from the nurses in the school in May 2004.

After she felt that she was “not taken seriously”, in the same week, she had an apple and began to show the same “painful” symptoms.

It was transferred to the doctors, where the blood test confirmed that it suffers from allergies, before referring it to allergic reactions – which she diagnosed with OAS after testing the skin on a complete list of food reactions.

Chloe now suffers with 15 different fruits, vegetables and nuts-including bananas, kiwi, carrots, almonds and sweet pepper-and so can eat it for five days for 20 years.

She has developed “for fear of eating” and now depends on multiple vitamin supplements to get enough nutrients every day – and carry Epender everywhere in the event of an allergy shock.

Chloe, recruitment advisor from Solhoul and West Midlands, said: “I am allergic to nothingness.

I usually managed to eat fruits and vegetables without symptoms.

But since a bite of this peach was taken, my relationship with food has changed.

“If I eat any of the five days a day, I develop swollen lips, shave itching, and blocks in my mouth.

“I am lucky for my symptoms not so bad, but every time I eat, there is a permanent fear.

“This eating has made it very difficult – and I will have to rely on giving psychological vitamins every day to treat my sensitivity.”

Before the age of seven, Chloe was eating fruits and vegetables naturally and had no symptoms.

But after a series of negative reactions – including swollen lips and itching gums – from peaches and an apple in May 2004, Chloe claims that she initially told her allergy “it was not this serious” and “don't worry”.

She said: “I went to the school nurse because my lips started to swell, and I felt a throat.”

They said there is no anxiety and they rejected my mind; it never followed it.

“In the same week, I had an apple, when things started to escalate.

“My declaration gets worse.

“I started developing bumps in my mouth and felt that a shaved itching.”

Chloe told her mother, Trisha, 56, and she was transferred to her local doctors, where the blood test was revealed about some allergies – for apples, peaches, nerves, peaches and cherries.

But after months, Chloe began to discover other foods that gave her similar reactions – such as kiwi and almonds.

Chloe said: “My mother and I do not know what caused these reactions, so we returned to the doctors – then they referred me to an allergy specialist, where I conducted a tingling tingling test.

“It turns out that I was allergic to a lot of foods.”

Chloe was diagnosed with oral allergy syndrome (OAS) in January 2005 at Solhoul Hospital.

It now suffers from allergies with 15 different fruits, vegetables and nuts.

The condition affects only two percent of the UK population – and its causes and symptoms are usually associated with straw fever.

She said: “My news is by an allergic specialist that I can die by eating one piece of fruit or going to excessive allergies was terrifying.”

“I got EPipen and other antihistamines, which were a seven -year -old confusing.

“Since then, my relationship with food has been very difficult.”

There are some fruits and vegetables that Chloe never tried because they are very afraid of the reaction – including strawberries, watermelon, mango and berries – and they claim that they did not eat one green in 20 years.

Chloe often brings her food to social occasions to avoid “eating fruits and vegetables” by mistake and bypassing any “embarrassing conversations” about their nutritional options.

In the most extreme cases, she was asking her boyfriend to clean his teeth after eating anything that has allergies, to prevent her lips from reacting if they were accepting.

She said: “It is a horse when people cook for me because my condition is difficult to believe.

“It makes me anxious that they will not take it seriously, and I may end up with serious harm.

“When I go to the supermarket or the restaurant, I often fuel or look for ingredients to ensure my safety.

“It took a lot of my life and became somewhat phobia.”

Restricia is restricted and usually consists of “beige” foods – including pasta and rice – and often revolves between fish, meat and dairy for many of their meals.

It depends on the daily vitamin supplements for lost nutrients – as there is no specific treatment or treatments for the disorder – and without them, you can often feel tired.

However, Chloe started serving foods that she had never eaten before to see if she would interact – and now began to eat berries.

She hopes to build a healthy relationship with food and not eating in fear.

Chloe said: “I will be allergic to those foods for the rest of my life.

“So I am trying to re -present things that you are afraid of eating.

“Over the next few years, I hope I have more diverse diets and that I can eat more things.

“But at the present time, I will consider it slow, one bite every time.”
