Experts warn against excessive use of common cooking oil because it contains fat associated with breast cancer.
Seed oils and vegetables do not have the best reputation because experts often claim that they lead to inflammation in the body.
For more backup copies of this claim, discovered the new research conducted by Will Cornell Medicine that the linoleic acid – the fats in seed, vegetables and nuts caused breast cancer cells and grow.

Blenis seems optimistic about this discovery because he feels “sheds light on how to identify patients who may benefit from specific nutritional recommendations.”

Before people panicked about this news, “The results do not require a comprehensive avoidance of seed oils, but they indicate moderation and selectivity, especially for individuals at risk,” Blenis reassured.
The expert went on to say that this discovery is just one piece of mystery.
“A balanced and balanced diet is still an important cornerstone for cancer prevention, and a strategy that everyone can adopt,” the doctor explained.
If you are not sure of what is considered seed oil – canola, corn, cotton, grapes, soybeans, sunflower, safor and rice are all suitable for the bill.
